We understand how exciting it is to receive a package to your home. Knowing packages are received on time and a customer is happy is our number one priority. There are cases where an item is broken, wrong or you just might not like it.
Not loving your purchase? Of course, we hope you love your purchase, but we know the experience is different shopping online vs in person. A color or feature can look slightly different once you have the item in hand. If what you ordered is not to your liking, we ask you to return the item(s) within 7 days of arrival. When returning an undamaged or incorrect item, it should be in perfect shape and includes all parts/pieces intact. This way we can apply a full refund back to you. When sending a package, it is best to use a traceable carrier such as USPS or UPS. We cannot be responsible if your item breaks while on transit back to us. We recommend using the packing that we sent your item(s) to you.
Unfortunately, seasonal and special ordered items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless damaged or you received the wrong item.
Damaged or incorrect item? We are so sorry if this has happened and will rectify the situation. Send a picture of the time(s) and the name of the item(s) to theshalomshoppe.com. Within 2-4 days you will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label. Please pack the item in the original package with the packing slip. Then just mail it back to us. If the item is in stock we will send out another one to you. If unavailable, we can issue you a store credit or full refund. We want to make this process is as easy as possible for you.
